'Spice Up Your Blog'

Blogging, retrospectively, is like looking at an old photo of yourself, experiencing familiarity with certain aspects, but, overall, acutely recognising how much you've changed since whatever particular point in time. And if you feel it best to delete these old selves -- set out like rings in a tree trunk -- it follows that creating new ones may then be a waste of time. Opinions are ephemeral; all knowledge is ignorant.

Anyway, you dislike the added attention you have to give to your spelling because the spell-checker you installed has never worked.
